SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed, packed and ready for shipping within
1-3 business days. Our products are carefully inspected to ensure
no damage to the products.Upon completion you will be notified
via email when your order has been shipped. We do our best to
keep our inventory levels accurate, but occasionally an item you
order may be out of stock. If this happens, you will be notified
promptly via email and the item(s) will be deleted from your order.
Shipping charges are based on weight and destination or the order.
We weigh all packages that are to be shipped. If we find that
shipping charges to your order exceed that of what you were charged,
we WILL refund you the difference. All orders are shipped using
United States Postal Service, Priority Mail Service.
International orders will be shipped through United States Postal
Service. You will be notified via email of international shipping
costs.
For all orders that need to be rushed, please make a note in
the comments at checkout . Shipping for rushed orders will be
charged actual shipping and you will be notified via email of
the shipping rates.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept unopened merchandise for a full refund or exchange
(excluding shipping costs), if merchandise is found defective,
providing Cute Creations Design is notified within three business
days from the time of delivery of said merchandise.
Refunds are not accepted on Graphics, CDs, or Printables. As
these are virtual (electronic) items.
We cannot accept returns on special orders or customized products.
