License Information:
By purchasing our Small Business License you will be allowed to use our Cute Graphics for the creation of designs/products for profit. By purchasing our Small Business License, you are purchasing a legal 'permission' to use our artwork in your business designs, craft products, advertisements, or web designing. You must understand that all copyrights on each and every image remains with Cute Creations Design / Christine Molnar.

Current pricing is for a one year contract. Prior to your contract expiring we will send you a renewal notice along with a contract extension.

You must complete our Small Business Application. Upon approval you will send you an "Agreement Contract" you must sign and return to us before registration can continue into the next step. You may send me the signed contract by fax, or by postal service to my business address. All details will be located on the contract.

License Allows You To:
Use of our graphics to make patterns, digitizing into cross stitch or embroidery, and other crafts.
For use to make logos, templates, designs to be printed.
For printing services/businesses that wish to use our graphics on stationery, business cards, labels.
You may use my graphics for designing web sites.

Requirements:
You must agree to our conditions of use before purchasing our Small Business License.
You must complete the Small Business Registration Application.
Our Small Business License must be purchased prior to, or at the same time as purchasing graphic collections.
Your online business can NOT be 'Under Construction' or unavailable for viewing. Your site must be available to the public.

If you purchase a small business license under these conditions, we will set your graphic purchase to pending until such time as the proper information is submitted to us, or issue you a refund for the purchase.

Please be sure you meet all requirements as well as agree to our Conditions and Policies prior to purchasing the license.
