Cute Creations Design web site, and all services rendered to our customers are provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Under no circumstances shall Cute Creations Design be liable or responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, those resulting from loss of use, data, or server down time. You will be provided with a backup copy of your entire site once it is completed.

Legal Disclaimer

Client (you) are responsible for text, photos, and all information needed to design your web site. I have anti virus software to ensure the safety of my computer and work. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that all files you send to me for development on your site must be virus free.

A 50% deposit for design fees must be paid before any work will begin, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project. If you prefer to pay in full, you may do so but before any work will begin. Payments are also accepted, please ask for details.
Your site will not be posted for Internet viewing until all design fees have been paid.

If during the process of designing your webiste you deside you would like things added, there will be an additional charge to your current balance. However, the client will be notified of these charges.

All prices are subject to change at any time.

Cute Creations Design is not responsible for any web content, graphics, or infringement of copyright. Cute Creations Design does not verify content supplied by client. Therefore I will not be held responsible for the use of graphics/content. Client excludes Cute Creations Design in any legal action or expense in referrence to the content or other material being supplied by client.

Cute Creations Design reserves the right to list your site, once designed, in my portfolio.

Cute Creations Design reserves the right to discontinue services to client at any time. Due to non-payment, violation of Cute Creations Design Terms and Agreement, or other action that could damage Cute Creations Design reputation. In addition I will not be responsible for hosting or any other portions of client's web site.

A link to Cute Creations Design will appear at the bottom of each page on your site. You may choose text or graphic link.
