Here at Cute Creations Design, we collect only necessary information. All information we collect will be kept completely confidential. We do not and will not give your information to anyone. We do not and will not sell your information to anyone. The information we collect is for my records, and billing purposes. We respect your privacy here at Cute Creations Design, and assure you that we do everything to keep your information safe and private.

Accounts
All new accounts must fax or email your Tax ID and Business License along with your first order.

Orders
Opening order minimum is $100 and re-order minimum is $50

Payment
All orders must be prepaid with a credit card, paypal, or business check. Payment is due before shipment on all initial orders and accounts that have not yet established credit. Reorders will not be shipped to customers with unpaid balances. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

Shipping
Shipping charges will be applied to all orders and are based on weight and destination or the order Our products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment to ensure no damage to the products. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged by shipping carriers.

Warranty
Cute Creations Design guarantees our products sold to be free from defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or accidents.

Returns
Returns are accepted for merchandise which is found defective, providing Cute Creations Design is notified within three business days from the time of delivery of said merchandise.

Claims & Law
All claims of damaged merchandise must be made within three business days from the time of delivery of said merchandise. Under no circumstances shall Cute Creations Design be liable or responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to, those resulting from retailer’s customer damage
